From one of the largest French sturgeon farms, our fish caviar has been selected by first-class experts for the gourmets’ greatest pleasure. It is therefore unique in its origins and will delight the most demanding palates.
Of the Acipenser Baeri species, this caviar comes from a patient process, which consists of a series of samplings of eggs from each female, carried out in order to verify firmness, colour as well as the size of the grains.
You will feel under your palate the full expression of the aromas of butter, hazelnuts and fresh walnuts.
