DELIVERY

At France Caviar, our mission is to offer you a range of exquisite, luxurious, 

gastronomic delights of irreproachable quality and with superb service.  

We endeavour to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible. 

We will always do our utmost to deliver your parcel as instructed, however it is possible that our producer may be delayed and that it may arrive slightly late. In any case, we will keep you informed and it will not be in transit for any more than 24 hours and will always arrive fresh!

For deliveries to France, click here

For deliveries to UK:
   - if your order does not contain any product needing to be kept cold during delivery (i.e.: only champagne, ...), there is a fixed cost of £10 regardless of the size of the order.
   - if your order contains at least 1 product needing to be kept cold during delivery (i.e.: caviar, truffle, ...), there is a fixed cost of £19 regardless of the size of the order.

For deliveries to rest of Europe, the cost is £55. We are working hard on finding a solution to reduce this price.

Packaging
Cold products will arrive in packages, with ice packs, specifically prepared to maintain the cold chain. They will be sent via FedEx.
